‘Tis the season for celebrations! After a year of hard work, our team had a blast at our recent holiday party. For the first time since 2019, all LCS employees were able to gather in person to celebrate the achievements of 2021. We’re recounting some of our favorite moments from our December 3rd gathering and wrapping up the year on a high note.
A Year In Review
LCS’ President and CEO, Dave Hegemann, kicked off the evening by recapping the major achievements of the past year. He highlighted the multiple awards LCS won this year, including being named a Top Work Place by The Enquirer Media for the 10th consecutive year. Dave also shared photos and stats from the 2021 Rent Manager User Conference, which brought together more than 1,000 of our customers, industry partners, and employees for a week of training and networking opportunities.
Rockin’ Around The Holiday Party
A live band provided the soundtrack for the evening’s festivities, which included dinner, dancing, a scavenger hunt, a variety of games, and more. Some of the competitions awarded tickets to winners, which they could put toward a host of raffle prizes that ranged from retail gift cards, to a Nintendo Switch, to additional paid time off.
Sending Warm Wishes
Giving back to the community is a sure way to spread cheer any time of year–but especially during the holidays. Besides big smiles and ugly Christmas sweaters, LCS employees were encouraged to bring new or gently used winter coats, hats, scarves, and gloves to the party in support of St. Vincent de Paul’s “Share the Warmth” winter coat drive. Thanks to our team’s generosity, we collected more than 200 coats and 400 additional winter necessities for children and adults in need this holiday season.
Picture Perfect
Oh, what fun! LCS’ers also enjoyed picking out props and striking a pose at our photo booth. While the photo opps were over in seconds, the laughs lasted a lot longer.
Whether you choose jingle and mingle or prefer a more silent night, the London Computer Systems and Rent Manager teams wishes you a happy and healthy holiday season!
