March has been a busy month at LCS as we welcomed integrated technology experts into our headquarters and connected virtually via Zoom. Our Integrations Program enables our customers to tailor their software experience to match their business needs. Most often used with our flagship software, Rent Manager, our Integrations Program empowers our customers to build best-in-class solutions that seamlessly integrate with property management technologies. We do this by creating partnerships with some of the leading technology providers in our industry. To stay up to date on the latest ProTech trends, we engaged with these partners in two ways; with our virtual TechConnect event, and our on-site Integrations Expo.
TechConnect
On March 7th, we welcomed over 200 property managers and technology enthusiasts to TechConnect. This free virtual event explored property management technology trends, created space for industry veterans to share their experiences, and offered extensive networking opportunities. Guest speakers included Anequim Founder and CEO, Gwenn Aspen, Associate Director of Operations for Eagle Rock Property Management, Nicole Schook, and Rent Manager Channel Partner Manager and the voice of Beyond Rent, Joe Easton.
Participants engaged in discussions about new strategies for hiring and retaining top talent and heard directly from other industry professionals about how they solve staffing challenges in breakout sessions. These small, randomly assigned virtual meeting groups allowed participants to connect and share their experiences, thoughts, and feedback based on the presentation they had just attended. Scattered throughout the event, these small-group sessions provided a unique experience for attendees to create face-to-face connections in a totally virtual format.
Integrations Expo: A Showcase of LCS’s Property Management Technology Providers
Over March 21st and March 22nd, we hosted our third-annual Integrations Expo. This event allows LCS employees to gain a clear understanding of the many integrated technology resources available to our customers. Users can expand on the power of Rent Manager via the technologies of our many partners, and these additional tech resources have become critical to how our customers operate their businesses. Companies like AmRent, AvidXchange, LeaseTrack and Zego provide services like consumer reports, AP Solutions, renters insurance, utility management, and so much more!
With so many of our users relying on these integrations to streamline their property management processes, creating open channels of communication between our team and the Integration Provider teams is critical. So, we were thrilled to welcome 16 companies from our Integrations Program to our headquarters in Mason, Ohio. Representatives from all over the world–including Australia–set up booths in our café and spoke with employees from all LCS departments. They shared product updates and heard directly from our LCS teams how their technologies are being utilized.
Staying Connected
When it comes to technology, especially in the property management industry, change is the only constant. Events like TechConnect and the Integrations Expo keep us informed and on the leading edge of current and future property management needs. Staying connected with our partners is essential to providing top customer service. As our Integrations Program continues to grow, we look forward to expanding upon our current relationships and growing new ones.
